In our comprehensive law practice, we focus on criminal defense, child custody and employment matters. Most of the criminal work we do is with juvenile offenders. We place a strong emphasis on our juvenile work. We also handle most misdemeanors and felonies.

Our child custody work focuses on Child Protective Services cases, including the representation of parents, grandparents or others who have an interest in the well-being of minor children.

In our employment law practice, we work with individuals, including federal civilian employees at Fort Hood, in cases involving unfair or discriminatory treatment in the workplace. These cases include claims of discrimination, sexual harassment and whistleblower actions under the United States' Equal Employment Opportunity laws, and United States' Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) appeals.
